📝 Universal 5-Step Application Process

Applying for public scholarships can feel overwhelming, but the actual workflow can be broken down into five standard, repeatable milestones across almost all portals:

1. Profile Registration: Visit the official portal (NSP or state portal) and generate your login credentials using Aadhaar e-KYC validation.
2. Fill Academic Profiles: Complete basic, previous qualifying marks (Class 10/12), ongoing college code, roll number, and family income variables.
3. Select Eligible Schemes: Based on your parsed domicile and caste certificates, the portal will dynamically showcase schemes you qualify for.
4. Upload Digitally Signed Documents: Attach high-quality scanned copies of income, caste, domicile, fee receipts, and bank passbooks.
5. Submit and Track: Confirm the spelling details, finalize your application, print the confirmation slip, and hand over a copy to your Institute Nodal Officer (INO).
