ScholarSlop does NOT collect any personally identifiable information on our servers. The platform operates entirely client-side. Any data you enter (name, state, income, category) is stored exclusively in your browser's LocalStorage and never transmitted to any server.
2. LocalStorage Usage
We use browser LocalStorage to save your: scholarship bookmarks, application tracking status, recently viewed scholarships, dark/light mode preference, and optional display name. This data exists only on your device and is cleared if you clear your browser data.
3. Cookies
We do not set any tracking or analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts.
4. Third-Party Links
Our platform links to official government portals. When you click an Apply Now link, you are navigating to a third-party government portal that operates under its own privacy policy. We have no control over those portals.
5. Changes to This Policy
